These fantastic swimming nappies from Little Britches are just perfect
for your baby’s adventures in the water. Little Swimming Britches are made from
stretchy nylon lycra lined with a soft, polyester fabric for comfort and will
remain a great fit no matter how long you splash and play. They have no absorbent
layers - if they did they would absorb the pool water and then be no use if
your baby wee'd anyway. Similar to disposable swimming nappies, their
main function is to prevent the escape of solids into the pool and the
chemicals used in the pools will take care of any urine.
They can be worn on
their own, along with a UV protection shirt, or even underneath a swim
suit. Little Swimming Britches and Little Mermaids have side-snaps
to make removal of wet swimmers easier.
Little Britches swimming nappies come in three styles:
- Little Swimming Britches are plain swimming nappies in a variety of
colours.
- Little Boardies look just like Dad’s or big brother’s boardies but have
in-built swim pants.
- Little Mermaids are swimming nappies that are just so frilly and girly
for your sweet mermaid.
Sizing – if in doubt about sizing, use your baby’s waist measurement as
the most accurate fitting guide (swimming nappies need to be a snug fit on
waist and legs to contain all those ‘accidents’!
Small – 3 – 7 months, 5-8 kg, 30-40cm waist
Medium - 6 – 18 months, 7 – 12kg, 38-48cm waist
Large – 18months+, 12 – 16kg, 46 – 56cm waist
XLarge – 24months+, 15 – 18kg, 51-61cm
